Moms and babies leaving the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, or NIC-U at Wilson Memorial Hospital, will now go home with a tool to help them through life-threatening emergencies.
It’s called the CPR Teddy and helps teach new mothers life-saving techniques should their babies stop breathing, or have a heart problem.
Ashlee Boa just gave birth to twins at the NIC-U.

Ashlee Boa, from Sayre PA, just had twins in NICU, says, “More self assured, a little bit more self esteem inside me if something were to ever happen.”
UHS has 50 CPR Teddies, and is giving them out for free to high-risk NICU patients
